SEND Support

SEND SUPPORT

At Tuition By Pri, every child matters, and every child learns differently.

What is SEND?

SEND stands for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It refers to children who may require additional support with their learning, communication, emotional development, concentration, or physical access in order to thrive in an educational environment. This can include (but is not limited to):

* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

* ADHD or ADD

* Dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties

* Speech and language delays

* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges

How I Support SEND Learners

With extensive experience working with SEND children both in the classroom and through private tutoring, I understand that each child has unique strengths and challenges. My approach ensures every session is:

* Tailored specifically to your child’s individual needs and pace

* Delivered in a calm, consistent, and supportive learning environment

* Designed using a blend of visual, verbal, and interactive methods to support different learning styles

* Adapted in real time to accommodate focus, mood, and sensory needs

Whether your child needs more structure, flexibility, or repetition, I work with them in a way that builds confidence, motivation, and a genuine love for learning.

Personalised Learning for Every Child

Each session includes:

* Clear routines to create predictability and reduce anxiety

* The use of technology and physical resources to maintain engagement

* A focus on praise, encouragement, and building self confidence

* Patience and support at every step, allowing your child to learn at their own pace

My goal is to help SEND learners feel understood, capable, and proud of their progress.
